Exciting news! I will be spending part of my summer as a local Missionary, serving with Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF). CEF is an interdenominational faith missionary organization that reaches boys and girls with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

As a Missionary, I will be teaching 5-Day Clubs (Bible Clubs) throughout our local area. The special training I will receive is called CYIA. 

I am attending CYIA again this year because I am hungry for the spiritual encouragement to go out and spread the gospel to others that I have gained from it in the past years.  My upcoming summer is packed full of mission work, both with CEF and other ministries, and I am so excited to spend a week at CYIA with fellow believers to 1) worship and glorify God, 2) experience the spiritual growth that happens during the classes and study times, and 3) become encouraged and motivated by all the fellow missionaries to go out and share the gospel. This year at CYIA I have been blessed with the opportunity to be considered an "Advanced Summer Missionary". Meaning, I will be presenting some of the example teachings to the other missionaries as they study them. I will also get to go through some classes that will take my understanding of the gospel deeper and will help equip me for the ministry I will be doing this summer." 

CEF is dependent on God for financial needs. Therefore, I am asking God to raise up a support team who will pray and give financially. Funds raised will be used for training, travel, and other expenses when holding clubs. The total funds I need to raise is $850.00. Funds given over this amount will help our team to continue to expand the ministry to local children throughout the year.
