Exciting news! I will be spending part of my summer as a local Missionary, serving with Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF). CEF is an interdenominational faith missionary organization that reaches boys and girls with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
As a Missionary, I will be teaching 5-Day Clubs (Bible Clubs) throughout our local area. The special training I will receive is called CYIA.
I want to serve as a summer missionary because I feel a calling that God wants me there. When I was younger seeing older teens be missionaries made me want to do it also. I want other kids to feel that same way as I did. I want other kids to know about Jesus Christ and His love for them.
CEF is dependent on God for financial needs. Therefore, I am asking God to raise up a support team who will pray and give financially. Funds raised will be used for training, travel, and other expenses when holding clubs. The total funds I need to raise is $1095.00. Funds given over this amount will help our team to continue to expand the ministry to local children throughout the year. Will you pray and ask God how He would have you be a part of my ministry this summer (and beyond)?
