Exciting news! I will be spending part of my summer as a local Missionary, serving with Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF). CEF is an interdenominational faith missionary organization that reaches boys and girls with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
As a Missionary, I will be teaching 5-Day Clubs (Bible Clubs) throughout our local area. The special training I will receive is called CYIA.
I want to serve as a Summer Missionary because I love to tell kids about the love that God has for them, and it's a wonderful way to grow in my faith and relationship with God! I loved all the wonderful ways I was able to serve last summer and I look forward to all that God has in store for this coming year! It's also a blessing to utilize the tools of my training as I serve throughout the year at my church and in my community! It's also an encouragement to me to serve with other believers as we fulfill the purpose God has for us!
CEF is dependent on God for financial needs. Therefore, I am asking God to raise up a support team who will pray and give financially. Funds raised will be used for training, travel, and other expenses when holding clubs. The total funds I need to raise is $1095.00. Funds given over this amount will help our team to continue to expand the ministry to local children throughout the year. Will you pray and ask God how He would have you be a part of my ministry this summer (and beyond)?
